MINDFULNESS & GUIDED MEDITATION
In this lightly guided practice, slow everything down by coming into gentle awareness of the breath and the body. Mindfulness has scientific support as a means to reduce stress, improve attention, boost the immune system, reduce emotional reactivity, and promote a general sense of health and well-being.
Guided session through a series of exercises to induce natural shaking in the body. It bypasses the psychology and goes straight to the physiology which releases the held tension in the body and mind. TRE is intended to be helpful for everybody.
WELLBEING & ACUPUNCTURE
In a tranquil environment, with gentle meditation music playing and candle light to aid with a stilling of the mind, we will help you relax and restore a sense of well-being. A few acupuncture needles (optional) will help restore energy balance and aid relaxation.
MOVEMENT FOR ALL ABILITIES
This is a Yoga based movement practice to improve strength and mobility that doesn’t require any definition of being physically fit, doesn’t require losing weight or fixing injuries, it’s about engaging with life through your body; the body that you have any size, any ability, any age across the whole lifespan and finding forms of movement that you enjoy.
