Our Team

In February 2021 the Nova Wellness Community Interest Company was set up by Agata Kisicka and her team of directors above from left to right Betty Swift, Ethel Morrell, Han Park and Agata. The objective of the CIC was to bring affordable holistic therapies and  events to the local community.

Nova Directors

Agata Kisicka

Nova Wellness CIC Director, Acupuncturist & Homeopath

Agata established Nova Natural Health Clinic in 2017 with the view to provide holistic therapies all under one roof. Realising that many members of community who would benefit from wellbeing therapies and treatments, simply cannot afford them, Agata has initiated the founding of not-for-profit Nova Wellness Community Interest Company. Prior to embracing holistic medicine ethos, she was a Radio Producer for the BBC World Service and later managed several successful commercial projects in the UK and Spain.

Ethel Morrell

Nova Wellness CIC Director, previously Senior People Administrator,

East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust

Ethel worked in the NHS for over 30 years. During the past 10 years she has become very interested in holistic therapies and has over the past 2 years become an avid user of holistic therapies at the Nova Clinic. Ethel has been instrumental in supporting the Nova Clinic on its journey in to CIC status.

Han Park

Nova Wellness CIC Director,  Acupuncture, Reflexology, Energy Healing

Former financial researcher, stockbroker, later maths teacher and now an accomplished acupuncturist, passionate about natural health and healing. Han has been a user of holistic therapies for both herself and her child for several years, including homeopathy via Nova Clinic. She has been involved in the community activities of Nova Clinic since its inception four years ago. Han initiated our popular Wellness Days.

Betty Swift

Nova Wellness CIC Director

Betty has over 30 thirty years experience of working in both procurement and

logistics; in both the public and private sectors: predominately in the transport

sector and then later in the food industry. She has personally negotiated and placed contracts both internationally and domestically. As a Logistic Manager she was responsible for managing stock to the value of £10 million and 35 staff. She lives in Herts with her partner of 30 years.
