The Nova Wellness team were invited to join the Occupational Health team at the Lister Hospital for this special event. The clinic has worked closely with the Lister Hospital throughout the pandemic and supported staff whenever we could. This event enabled us to talk to staff and visitors to the hospital about what we can offer to help improve their emotional, mental and well-being health. The Nova Wellness centre offer individual as well as group relaxation and meditation sessions along with individual one-to-one sessions of acupuncture, massage and Reiki all of which can help improve well-being.
